Permissions on forum.

The permissions have been revised for all users.
The revisions include:

  • Removal of editing abilities for non-staff
  • Removal of deleting abilities for non-staff

If you find there is something that you think you should be able to do, make it known. Otherwise we dont know.

We are always reviewing how the site operates and often changes are to things you will not see. Permissions are part of the review process and it was identified that certain actions were available to people who didnt need them.

maybe its a better idea to allow members to edit their own posts? Otherwise they would hav to post a new post correcting themselves, when all they had to do was click a edit button and edit that post.
